Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Free Delivery: Orders of SGD 80.00 or more qualify for free delivery to one location.
- Standard Delivery: A flat fee of SGD 4.50 per location applies for orders below SGD 80.00.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available at SGD 15.00 per location.
Order & Delivery Process
- Please allow 2–3 working days for delivery upon approval of your order.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email by the following day confirming that your order is being processed.
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 10:00am – 9:00pm on the selected date.
- If you require a specific delivery time, please indicate this in the remarks section. Our team will contact you to confirm if we can accommodate your request.
- Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date stated in the dispatch confirmation.
Changes & Urgent Requests
- Any changes to the delivery schedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. A SGD 15.00 fee applies for changes made within 24 hours.
