For food products, we regret to inform you that return and refund are not allowed.  Unless the condition of the items received are not in acceptable conditions.  For the rest of the products featured on the website, they will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis.  Requests are to be made 3 days after receipt of shipment.  Thank you for your understanding.
